Guide for Upright Cable Row with V-grip
- Do not pull the handle higher up than to the chin.
- The exercise should not feel uncomfortable, in that case do another exercise instead
- Slowly pull up the weight
- Hold still for a second in the top position
- Your elbows should point to the side in the top position
- Lower the weight in a calm and slow manner, always with tension in the muscle you are exercising.
- Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down
